While credit management industry is facing new regulatory challenges and a a rapidly changing economic environment Credit Village proposes two events in one day to explore most relevant trends and get inshights form main players : the CvSpringDay and the CvUtilityDay.
As always, many topics will be covered during the event: new trends and new asset class in NPE market; ESG imact on credit industry πΊπππππ πππ π΄πππππ π«ππππππππ... and much more! Leading market players will be talking about it, taking turns on stage with dedicated Keynote Speeches and Round Tables, under the moderation of Andrea Cabrini, Director of Class CNBC.
In the afternoon, work will continue with the 3rd CvUtilityDay, organised in cooperation with La Scala SocietΓ Tra Avvocati. The event will be aimed at exploring the great potential of the Utility market and will focus on credit, business and consumer protection issues in the Utility sector, with a cross-cutting focus on sustainability, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tool
Senator Massimo Garavaglia, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, will offer an institutional overview of the transformations taking place in the financial sector and the role of tax and regulatory policy. In the afternoon, Stefano Saglia Member of the Board of ARERA, Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment, will held the opening keynote speech of CvUtilityDay.
The first round will focus on "Derisking and credit management: what evolutions and future trends?", which will discuss the evolution of the NPE market with the impact of ESG (especially social factors), the challenge of artificial intelligence, and the expansion of products and asset classes.
The session will be introduced by Gabriele Guggiola, Partner PwC Italia Financial Services, and moderated by Guggiola himself together with Andrea Cabrini, Director of Class CNBC.

The second interviw will cover the topic "The ESG impact in the NPE market", which will feature Giovanna Giusti del Giardino, Group Chief Sustainability Officer of Mediobanca, and Susanna Venisti, Corporate Sustainability Expert of Agos Ducato.
The final panel of the morning session will be focused on 'Evolution and perspectives in the management and acquisition of secured and unsecured asset classes between market dynamics and impacts of the Secondary Market Directive'. This session will discuss the transposition of the European directive on impaired loans, the slowdown in activity on the primary market, the evolution of the secondary market and the operational and regulatory implications for operators. The debate will be opened by an interview with Marcello Grimaldi, President of UNIREC.
