The first Session entitled "Securitisations: prospects and developments", moderated by Gabriele Guggiola, will focus on market developments and possible developments of the securitisation tool, reviewing the main legislative and regulatory developments, analysing the objectives and opportunities of securitisation and the main players involved in this type of operation.

In the second Session, moderated by Lisa Chiarini, Manager PwC Italia Financial Services, the different types of securitisation and their peculiarities will be analysed. We will discuss the use of synthetic securitisations as a risk transfer tool, their use as a vehicle to structure transactions in different asset classes (real estate, social and green) and the opportunities offered by the performing, reperforming and NPL markets.
