The eleventh edition of the National Congress of Jurisprudence, Banking and Finance will be the ideal agora to examine the current state of health of the impaired credit industry.
Several trends can be observed in the Italian NPE market and will be discussed during the event. Among the other themes M&A among large servicers, new laws to include in Italy most recent European Regulation, the role of new technologies in driving market forces and much more.

These and other pieces of the puzzle that need to be investigated to understand whether or not this world in turmoil is heading towards a second youth. We will do so with unblinking lucidity, looking frontally at the lights (hoping not to burn out our eyes) and sharpening our gaze (hoping not to close our eyes too much), in order to grasp the lights and shadows of this increasingly market. The aim is to take note of the fact that the industry has now set out on a journey, in search of its own identity and with all its doubts: a bit like Joyce's Daedalus.
